ArborShadow Accuracy

Reference Area Analysis

For this test I created 11 different Area shapes (polygons) and compared the area calculation produced by ArborShadow with the same calculation as produced by AutoCAD.

 

The difference between each value was then calculated as a percentage of the AutoCAD value and plotted (see below).

 

The difference for each sample is tiny (less than quarter of 1 percent).
