Terms & Conditions
Please read the following terms and conditions and if you
accept them click the 'I Agree' link to proceed. These apply
to the purchase of all three products together.
Upon receipt of payment, you will be issued with three software 'keys'
which are small files which will allow you to override the
restrictions of the demonstration modes. The keys will be
encoded with your name and address which will then be displayed
within the programs during its use.
You may:
- Use the software on any single computer or a multiple of computers up to a total as defined by the purchase license.
- Use the unlocked software on a local area network, provided that the total users using the software lies within your purchase license.
- Freely distribute the Demonstration version of the software only.
- Continue to use the key (if it was originally purchased by yourself as an individual and not the company), for your own work only, if you transfer to another company; however it can not be shared with other personnel.
You may not:
- Distribute your software 'Key'.
- Take a key with you if you transfer to another company (unless the key was purchased by you as an individual and not under the original company).
- Permit other individuals to use the unlocked Software except under the terms listed here.
General Conditions:
- By Downloading software originating from CHRIS SKELLERN, you are agreeing to become bound by the terms and conditions of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions then please do not install any software from Chris Skellern.
- For large companies a multiple user key is only valid for a particular branch of the company for which it was purchased. Each branch (building location) must purchase its own key for its own specific number of personnel.
- You understand that any breach of these conditions may result in the license becoming individually 'locked' out from future releases and the cessation of technical support.
- The Software is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
- Before registering the programs and paying the applicable fee you confirm by accepting these terms & conditions that you have downloaded and checked that the Demonstration versions of the programs work with your hardware & software platform.
- You have read and understand the programs accuracy and limitations section for ArborCAD.
- You have read and understand the programs accuracy and limitations section for ArborShadow.
- You have read the ArborTrail manual and understand the programs accuracy and limitations.
- You have also checked that the ArborCAD program connects and plots to your version of AutoCAD. Please check the System page. Chris Skellern will not refund the registration fee for such incompatibility reasons.
- This Agreement will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with the limitations described herein. Upon termination, you must destroy all copies of the Software and Documentation.
- You must not Modify, translate, reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the software.
- You must not Rent, lease or otherwise transfer rights to the Software.
- Chris Skellern shall not under any circumstances, be liable to the licensee or to any third party for any consequential, incidental, indirect or special damage, even If Chris Skellern has been informed of the likelihood of such damage occurring. This includes loss of business profits, business interruption, loss of business information and the like arising out of or in connection with the delivery, use or performance of the software.
- Material from this website may be printed or downloaded for your own informational, or educational purposes only, provided that you include all copyright and proprietary notices originally included. You may not post on any other website, display, or distribute the material without the express prior written consent of Chris Skellern.
